If you are planning a visit, when you arrive in Ledbury, find the Black and White Market House in the High Street. Behind this is a row of shops, look for "The Retreat Inn" and View Boutique. The entrance to Tinsmiths Alley is between these frontages, close to Boots.

The ground floor of shop and showroom are wheelchair accessible.
